  • Correction : The pseudo push-up is called bicep push-up because it does activate the biceps, and not just a little. This variation is actually pretty meh for your triceps, since the main work is done by the shoulder and the biceps. The more your hand is rotated to behind you, the more the bicep is activated. The more you lean, the more the move gets shoulder dependent. The explaination is that the biceps not only serves for elbow flexion, it's also a shoulder flexion, which is when you bring the arm up in front of you with your hand palm looking up. Still, if you do a pseudo with your hand turned out about 45° (cuz actually pointing straight ahead is pretty damn heavy on the wrists) , it's still more of a shoulder exercises than a triceps. If you lean back too much, it'll just be a normal push-up, hich is triceps and chest. Hope this is useful information to you! Now, BUG MISTAKE MY FRIEND!!! The triceps dumbell you first showed as an extension is called a skull-crusher, which is slightly different from the kickback but HOLY MOON IS IT NOT AN OVERHEAD PRESS!! The OHP is a shoulder focused weight movement that has you lifting a weight directly abovd your head, pushing away from it, and not just extending the arm from behind your back. I love your videos, I really don't want to come as a hater, cuz you're the one that helped me get my L-sit, which is my favorite skill :') Just please, for the live of God, or something else if you're not religious, just take a moment to check each time the names you put in and what you say about each exercise, even if you're sure you know it perfectly!! Happens to me so many times, like I was once thinking the pull-up was an arm exercise, and the plank a shoulder one. Anyways, have a good day.
