Merci de nous apporter ces précisions sur une exercice très délicats à faire malgré que tu trouves cela facile 🙂. 🙏
  • No, for goodness' sake, please, squats, any variation of it, DO NOT TRAIN THE HAMSTRINGS. PLEASE, GOD DAMMIT. YES, GOOGLE SAYS IT DOES, MOST WEBSITES SAY IT DOES, BUT FOR GOODNESS GRACIOUS!! These sites are just saying they're activated. If they say it's actually worked, it's flagrant ignorance or a blatant lie. The hamstrings in a squat, just like the back in a push-up, only work as stabilizers , which is pretty much less effort than walking around or lifting your hand to say hello. When going on an eccentric phase of a movement, that's when these stabilizers actually come into play, but still aren't legit engaged in the movement. For the squat, it's just that your quad is making less effort to resist gravity than it is on the concentric phase. You're basically just controling how much force you output. You don't HAVE TO flex your knee to get to the bottom position, your hip mobility and gravity will do it for you!! So here, learn something today :')
