Give your best in these 12 minutes to get the most out of this bodyweight workout. From push up variations to crazy core exercises, this workout covers it all. Of course, you can prolong the exercises by your own will and change exercises according to your priorities. Nevertheless, this workout is highly effective and will boost your progress in whatever move you are training currently.

    Hi man. Ty for posting this videos. Could you do 20 min back? I workout at home. Don't have any equipment and my table is *hit to do pull ups. I'm really low budget right know to get equips.
