I had to step away and live life. You forget how the world around you is without social media. It's refreshing.

I tried this thing, having my phone switched off as much as possible and it worked wonders. Another I started to keep my phone somewhere outta sight especially before sleeping, in order to eliminate the possiblity of scrolling over insta early in the morning

You can also change the colors on your phone to black and white which completely takes away the dopamine hit of looking at your phone
