Please eat year seeds as well not to sure about flaxseeds anymore but pumpkin seeds, hazle nuts, walnuts, almonds, (anything but peanuts, pistachios, cashews know nutritional vaule)

💎 I'd try kelp burgers if you having a hard time finding non soy 100% vegan food it's a sea plant like algae I got the bundle for about 119 buck some with three ground and 12 pattie pack but I got two from one oder so got 24 burgers and 6 ground the burgers are great I'd us an air frier and as far as the ground idk yet I'd experiment till ya find the taste and texture you like I'd also say try adding mushrooms to it for a more meaty bite
