  • Rebecca, I’m so happy that you founded such a positive and inspiring community, it has really impacted positively on my mental health :)
  • @ivan_josip
Thank you for backing up facts by science like saying that people that don't sleep as much are just used to the negative habits - that really opened my eyes. And, of course, thank you for the best motivation ever, I'm ready to start studying and organising myself now :)
  • @IzzyBeth45856
"getting good and enough sleep is truly a privilege that we truly take for granted" SUCH a powerful truth! Also a realization not many recognize.
  • i really like how you included the findings of studies in this video, it shows that you think critically and it was really cool to learn to things because of what you included. also, you’ve inspired me to try some of these habits too ☺️
  • Idk who needs to hear this, but since this is an inspirational video, I’ll share the quote that I think of whenever I’m down. This is the quote that keeps me going. I live across the country from my family, and whenever I’m in that period of funk where I just feel like I can’t, I remember this. “For every tear that falls to the ground, there is water for a flower to grow. You will feel empty, unmotivated, tired, sad, and alone. But remember, when you open your eyes, you will be in a bed of flowers.”

on the sleep deprivation thing, before i was disgnosed with adhd i became almost "addicted" to the adrenaline high of being sleep deprived. So when you mentioned consistently undersleeping makes u perform as if you were under influence, makes that addiction make more sense
  • My ex and I broke up two days ago. Trying to focus on other things now and I will start this tomorrow, when I wake up. I think this will help me. Thinking about doing a vlog about it— just for me :) You motivated me. And the comments here are so positive! Love this!
  • @diya1860
I always find something special in your channel...I haven't felt anything like this in any other channels..you are like making me understand the worth of myself and life to me 🥰🥰thank you rebeca...love you so much..thank u
  • I love how real you are in this video. There is nothing wrong with missing a few tasks because your schedule get mixed up. And I love that you provide information about the habits. Sometimes I get overwhelmed and can’t brush my teeth twice a day or even once a day, very rare when I can’t at all. Some days I just wake up late and don’t feel like it and just stay in bed and I let myself stay in bed bc my body is telling me I need it. I need a mix of both productivity and relaxation, whatever the relaxation is. Some days that’s laying in bed on my phone. Other days, that means eating unhealthily. When I try to force myself to not do “unhealthy habits” I can’t actually relax bc I feel guilty for doing it, but overwhelmed trying to be productive. All I have to say is don’t let yourself go but don’t think of unhealthy habits as only bad.

  • @rubygr8ce
i just wanted to tell you the appreciation i have for the effort you put into this video, doing the research on these habits, filming your life for a week, editing this video with all of the text you had to add and 7 days worth of footage, plus having to make the voiceover and film your final thoughts and put in the effort to do these habits in the first place. just letting you know the work you put in is appreciated and recognized <33
  • I have been in such a negative headspace till I found your channel. You are so realistic, even when you messed up your sleep you were honest and it helps to know not everyone is perfect all the time. You are such an amazing person and I can just say that you have changed my life die the better. Thank you so much for your content you are truly the best part of my days.
  • you and emma are my number one favorite persons on youtube, whenever I'm feeling down or unmotivated I turn on your videos on my TV and start my daily routine or clean up alongside.. you help me and my mindset so much with your calming and encouraging personality, you are an amazing and lovely person <3 thank you so much rebecca and have a super awesome day and week :)
  • @Chellybean815
This is my first video I watched by you. I just wanted to say thank you. I love how real you are about your lack of perfection. I feel like that is something that is lacking in a lot of social media outlets. These other presentations make it so hard for us to accept our own struggles. But we are all human. And that is what makes life so interesting. Keep on keeping it real.
