The rule is simple: 40 seconds full power and 20 seconds rest. This will keep your muscles engaged throughout the entire workout. Get ready to burn fat and build muscle mass and strength! I can guarantee, these 20 minutes will be well invested time.

In this workout, I've incorporated a mix of bodyweight exercises and targeted movements to help you build strength, improve endurance, and boost your overall lower body fitness. Get ready to work those quads, core muscles and abs as you sculpt your lower body.
