    Mate, I’m a 42 year old soldier coming back from an injury and this hurt😂. I’ll be doing this one everyday to get back into it. Damn calisthenics are hard 👍🏻

    The gym closed by the time I got there, I’ve been hearing about calisthenic workouts for a while and been interested in trying it out. I gotta say this workout took it out of me😅. I really enjoyed how difficult it was for me and I hate seeing you do it so easy 😅😂which motivates me to continue to do it till I can make it look that easy. 😂 I’m definitely doing this a few times a week, great work out bro 🤜🏼🤛🏼

    I need more strength to do the tuck planche and the pusedo lever hold, but good 15 min workout it even target the muscles i wanted to do workouts for, thanks mn appreciate it👍👍
  • Very nice workout, by 10min I thought I could only endure max 2 more minutes but in the End I still had some power to get over it.
