3:49 - "HmHmHm... you tell me." His mockery with the cops is hilarious, but at the same time chilling. Paul Dano really reminded us of the sadistic and intelligent character we know.

At 3:12 I love how Paul keeps his head still where it is when the cop turns his body before slamming him down to the counter. It shows Riddler knew what was gonna happen and how he was in control the whole time

I really do love the "banality of evil" approach they took with the Riddler to where, he's not some freak in a mask or has a deformed face, but looks completely....normal. Just some dude with glasses who was abandoned by the city in which he lives.

Matt Reeves said he based Riddler's arrest on when they arrested the Golden State Killer who when the police arrived to arrest him simple said 'I've got a roast in the oven'

When the officer pulled out his wallet revealing multiple i.ds and asked which one he was, I'm so so so glad he stayed true to the character of everything being a riddle and responded with a creepy laugh and "you tell me!" Bc it doesn't matter who he was, what mattered was his plan, being a symbol of justice, riddlers ego hasn't formed yet

I like how he doesn’t even try to play innocent and makes it crystal clear that he’s that psychopath under that mask.

the music playing when batman and riddler look at each other is so chilling and creepy, it's great

I felt in the moment of his death @ 0:11 Falcone knew it was Bruce as he looked into his eyes. As earlier in the film he mentioned when Thomas Wayne performed surgery on him at Wayne manor the kid(Bruce) watched the whole thing from the staircase.
