I've never seen a live action scene define Batman more than when he's taking out his contacts. The monologues, him forcing himself to remember, the husk like eyes to display just how tired he is, it's all perfect. Already my favorite live action Batman universe. Add this with more well written Battinson movies on the way, Pattinson is already in the running for greatest live action Batman.
  • I like how the larger action sequences focus on a specific element to the character. His brutality in the subway fight; his arrogance in the Iceberg Lounge; his recklessness in escaping the GCPD tower; his destructive and inhuman anger in the highway chase; his darkness-bound terror in the 44 Below hallway; and his monstrous theatricality in the Gotham Square Garden stadium.

I remember when Robert Pattinson was first cast as Batman, I was pretty disappointed but decided to give him a chance. Turns out not only did I think he did an excellent job, but "The Batman" is arguably my favorite live action Batman movie of all time.

For those interested, Battinson's fighting style has four main elements: boxing, jeet kune do, pencak silat, and kali. So a heavy emphasis on aggressive parrying, trapping, and joint locking techniques, partnered with strong and efficient striking.

When the officers are swarming him in the interrogation room, he does the Arkham cape stun 1:46

I love how emotional Robert is as batman the rage the fury he has this fire in him for all that are spitting images of his own parents murderers. He's Batman not an actor playing him, combine that with an awesome story, interesting and familiar characters, amazing choreography and beautifully shot scenes and you probably have the best live action Batman of of all time 🦇 🔥🥀

6:19 - 6:32 Idk about anyone else but does this part just make you also feel and understand how rage and adrenaline feels.
  • This is by far the most accurate batman ever, reminds me a lot of the Arkham Series too

At 5:53, that is straight up Arkham style. If someone shoots you in the game, smoke pellets or bomb is the key.

Batman doesn't kill, he just leaves you in a quadriplegic coma, but at least you're still breathing 😃👍

1:50 - 2:05 the way it’s spliced makes Batman look like he immediately reacted to Gordon’s shove and fled the scene with absolutely zero allies.

Love Colin Farrell in this. He really transformed into the character 😀 To me he was the stand out performance in the film.
  • A few scenes, he feels like a year one Batman, but for the most part, he captures what a year two Batman should feel like

This was an Absolutely Amazing Video for My All Time Favorite Version of Bruce Wayne/Batman in Live Action and My Second Favorite Version of Batman only outranked By Kevin Conroy The One True Batman. Robert Pattinson did a Phenomenal Performance and I’m so excited to see what The Sequel will bring.
