Yes! This is about the 4th video of yours that I watch, and thus I just subscribed. Your L-sit and tuck planche progression exercice videos from about a year ago or 2 are the first I watched, which I use a lot!
  • Отличная форма! Классные подходы. Великолепное объяснение. Это сколько же силы нужно, чтобы от лягушки к планшу перейти!
  • Excellent tutorial Victor! Your form is impeccable! You make it all look so easy! It’s been since my gymnastic days that I’ve done skin the cat! Your videos are so good!!
  • 😀😀😀😀 Hey Viktor. Love the Lsit variations. Especially the flutter kicks. And the hollow body hold is also easy for me. But man! I’m still struggling with the pike push-ups and the advanced frog hold. Ugggghhhhh!😮
  • Thanks for the video! I lift kettlebells, do pilates and have just taken up body weight training and wow, body weight training is so much more challenging because I can’t muscle my way through it.

Okaaay, fine I'll start doing squats. My parallettes and resistance bands came in the mail a few days ago, I've already been putting them to some good use. The resistance bands are a big help with pull ups.

Amazing video as always bro. Q: if I do weights, does that strength translates into calisthenic skills such as the front lever or the human flag. Thanks !! 🙂

I can do pullup but feeling fear when doing chin ups, i mean when initiating with that reversed palm hand. Wanna know how to overcome that
  • Amazing form and great explanation, brother! Definitely a very useful calisthenics channel. Greetings from Bulgaria :)
  • Great strategy but I sadly only have lower body strength idk if there's such thing as a tutorial for how to do push ups or pull ups tho 😅
