    I have used a pressure cooker for many years and then I stopped. Can I decided I have to get back into eating the right way and bought a new pressure cooker old school no electric. Decided to look up how to cook brown rice. You were so enthusiastic can you so much on the subject you had me hooked.     I have been buying Kerala red rice - Raktashali or Kavuna, and NE purple forbidden rice from Amazon. Those are said to be organic and parboiled. I recently also tried bamboo rice. As for brown rice I tried Dawat but I didn't like it as it felt heavy.
