    I am Going to this exercise from now on 😊 Day 1: ✅ I did this yesterday No change Day 2: ✅ No change but i feel good after that Day 3: ❎ Day 4: ❎ I did not do it for two days because my health was a bit bad. Day 5 ✅ Little bit change Like for remind me 😉

    doing this till school starts: day 1: ✔️ day 2: ✔️ day 3: ✔️ day 4: ✔️ day 5: ✔️ day 6: ✔️ day 7: ✔️ day 8: ✔️ day 9: ✔️ Day 10: I felt pain in my sides from the stretch so I took a break day 11: ✔️ day 12: been traveling in car with family and we drove all thru night so i had not time 13: ✔️ ( was abt to not do it since we’re on vacay with fam but i waited for them to fall asleep bc no excuses 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️) I’m shocked at how rapidly and greatly this works. I definitely see a difference and feel sm better abt myself☺️☺️ def give it a shot even if it’s before bed. edit: can’t believe it’s been 8 days already. i do this before bed. Consistency is definitely key!!!! edit: it feels shorter and easier as the days go. i’m adding others to make effect quicker edit: i’m 16 btw so i have to spend time with family and am on a week long vacation but i will do my best to not skip a day🫡🫡

  • I am going to do this for one month and keep you updated. Like to remind me. 👍 Results... After doing it for a week, my posture improved greatly and my waist became much smaller. I stopped for a week because of exams, but I plan to start again afterward. This routine clearly works. However, it's important to focus on diet as well. Eating a balanced and nutritious diet is crucial. Combining regular exercise with healthy eating leads to the best results.

    Doing this for (at least) 1 week . DAY 1: Completed ✅️ It didn't hurt at all, but it made me sweat very much. DAY 2: Completed ✅️ Same as the first day. DAY 3: Completed ✅️ It starts hurting, but not that much. DAY 4: Completed ✅️ It's hurting 😭, but it means it's working 🤧 DAY 5: Rest day ❎️don't forget to be kind to yourself 💆‍♀️💖 DAY 6: Completed ✅️ im starting to get used to it 😁

    I’ve been doing this exercise for almost 6 days now and I can see that my hip dips/live handles are getting thinner and thinner, not very fast but it’s changing I can’t denying it, at first it was difficult for me because I’ve never done this kind of exercise before but days after days I was getting used to it and now it’s quite ok, I’ll keep going !

    Hi! I been doing this exercise for past 3 days and i already see improvement, sometimes i dont finish it at all because i was lazy but believe me or not it really works on me! I'm only 13 yrs old when i start working out but i got lazy at the middle and now i'm still trying. Thankyou very much to instructor because you creat a content that is eco friendly.

  • yall this workout works SO good. I used to be really lazy and not confident, but i started getting healthier and pushing myself. i recently started this workout about a month ago, and im down from a 32" waist to a 28!! HAVE FUN OUT THERE BABES<33333

    i am a 16 year old that is 5'8 and weighs 250 yes i know that is bad but i will try and keep this up! so glad i found thi day 1- COMPLETE Day 2- incomplete i am so sorry guys i have been busy with personal stuff i will try and update you with days again!

    Doing this for until i'm down to my 1st gw age:18 weight:116kg (yes bad ik) height 172cm Day1 : pretty good! Day2-5 i had graduation had a lot of people over so i could never find the time to do this but i'm back and changing my goal of this! Day 6: nice burn honestly ! I've started doing pilates too so that's what i've been doing combined with this and woah it's going so well through these past few days they have been crazy since college is coming up but i seen so much improvement with my body even if it isn't much to the eye. Also thank you so much to all of the positive comments you guys really help me a lot i appreciate you all !
