Freediving Equalisation can be a mystery. I've always wondered what actually happens when I equalise on my dives and for the first time ever I get to see what is moving in my mouth and how it's moving! I have learnt so much about my own equalisation from studying these videos and I hope they help you too!

After watching this, it helped me out a lot. A hard time equalizing, but I learned how to equalize. Much better to tell my instructor and this video, so huge shout out to all the supporters who help me equalize. In this process on these videos, these videos are very helpful. Keep doing what you're doing.

I haven't cared about human anatomy/science in a while (fish are my passion lol).... But this was very awesome. Thank you for going through all the time and effort to break down the anatomy and explain it all in detail. I'm so glad your channel exists!

Thank you very much Adam. That was actually a very good idea to show how everything looks like and how it works while you equalize or suck up air. A scan like that clarifies many things.
