Always appreciate the reporters who are deep on the front lines to report these stories

They lost their country faster than my cell phone lost charge.
  • He says Afghan correctly but not Afghanistan and I STILL can't get over it

"They wanted to fight, they were just so tired and under supplied." Sounds like they didn't want to fight and so they didn't. Instead they took the opportunity to run. Taliban lives in mountain caves and uses shotout AKs and RPGs from the 70s but still fight. ANA has modern equipment and firepower, drops it all and jumps on the first flight out.

  • Is the best report I have ever seen, I really appreciate the female correspondent who went and met Taliban. I am original from Pashtun territory and and I was living under Taliban regulation and government since my childhood, I know them very well. The female member of Afghanistan who are living in Kabul or any other area which is safe and no fighting there, they have high fear of Taliban but that brave outsider famel correspondent met them. Wooow

In the shadows of recent times, we stand witness to the strength of Afghan hearts. Many, like us, left home in search of safety and hope for Afghanistan's renewal. Among struggles, Afghan youth rise unwavering, reflecting the spirit within all of us striving in finance and entrepreneurship. Let's stand with them, sharing their stories and celebrating their strength. In the face of hardships spanning two years, these brave souls press on, painting a path to a brighter future. As we remember August 15th, let's keep alive the resilience that transcends borders and binds us all.

In the US Army, if a private loses a pistol he will be reprimanded and possibly demoted. But when the US Army loses a trillion dollars worth of equipment to the Taliban, no one is responsible.

  • They tried to make the argument against Afghanistan‘s military failing, then they spent the next 15 minutes talking about how the military just gave up. I’m confused.
  • @SMGJohn
That war was meant to last as long as possible, funny how even VICE cannot figure that one out.
