I’m so grateful I grew up poor in asia that my parents can’t afford snacks/candy or chocolate. I grew up eating vegetables cooked fresh daily so I grew up having no addiction to sweet stuff. I don’t like candy or chocolate cake or any deserts...unless it’s dark chocolate. I’m actually watching this video while snacking on almonds and blueberries

Eat: "The rainbow" (variety of fruits and vegetables) Good fats Fermented foods Dark chocolate and red wine Don't eat: Sugar Dairy Processed foods
  • I’m 68yo. I am often complemented on my skin. I eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Also, intermittent fasting and exercise is part of my lifestyle.

Dr. Youn "Avoid White Rice" Asians have left the chat
  • Avocado smoothie with Spirulina. Blueberries, pomegranate, grapes, carrots. You name it, I love all those. Especially raw carrot juice. I drink it on a daily basis. Salmon fish, yummy twice a week. No processed foods. And I love water. No soda or caffeine. I’m 42 years old and some say I look 30 years old. Also, having a positive mindset and meditation helps a whole lot. Thank you Doc ❤️❤️❤️

I appreciate that you’re not trying to sell anything or present any “miracle foods.” A balanced diet can be so helpful with so many factors of life, including the skin/aging!

I wish I found this video 10 years ago. Im a walking billboard for what this video preaches. 50 pounds lighter, combatted type 2 diabetes, and aged in reverse these last 2 years.

"avoid eating white rice." I just choked down two bowls of white rice prior to this video

I always told my daughter: The more colorful the foods on your plate..the healthier it is..💝🎈
  • Some one told me years ago" don't eat anything white, or that sticks to your plate" . Pretty good advice.
  • Sugar binds to collagen, which makes the collagen more brittle. Sugar also binds to testosterone receptors especially in Leydig cells thus preventing them from producing testosterone.
