We set out for another night of shark fishing from the beach. We started at one beach, but our baits were getting picked apart by small 3-4' sharks. With a limited amount of bait, we decided to pack up and move to a different beach to join two friends of ours on the Iconic Fishing team. Just five minutes after dropping our baits, Blake from Iconic Fishing hooked up to a nice 7' tiger shark (not shown in this video). A couple hours after that, my reel started screaming. After a hard 20 minute fight I landed a very large 8' lemon shark, with an estimated weight near 300lbs. We continued to fish into the night and a few hours after that, Dane hooked up to his first shark ever. This shark was peeling drag at 40lbs like it was nothing. After a 30 minute fight which the shark wrapped around a swim buoy, Dane put his first tiger shark (7'8) on the beach. It was a truly epic night of land based shark fishing with two tiger sharks and a huge lemon!
