Chris gets behind the wheel of his Porsche 911 GT3 Touring. Now owned for 2 years and ticking up to 50,000 miles there are few people better placed to give their real-world opinion of what it is like to live with one and cover so much ground!

Along with some powerslides and intricate pedal work we also find out what he likes and dislikes most about the car.

  • Mr. Harris is the man of the people. Who else can be this eloquent while making you feel like you’re listening to an old friend. The best part is that he drives his car the way it was meant to be driven.
  • Chris is the only guy I listen to in these reviews. He drives the absolute piss out of these cars.
  • @neill3040
There’s just nobody better than Chris Harris
  • THIS is how you use a sports car. Daily it and live with it and have no apologies about it. Not just bringing it out on weekends or for Cars & Coffee meets. Bravo Chris.

I can guarantee that my reaction to oversteer on a slip road would not be "oh, that's interesting, we appear to be oversteering" 🤣😂🤣! Love what you are doing Chris, big fan sir.

" Everytime I get between 8 and 9 (thousand rpms) I can't believe they put a warranty on it. " LOL out loud. Another great Chris Harris review.
  • @SyedTHoda
i LOVE this review. i do the same thing---except i do it with my BMW 1M. It now has 98,000+ miles on it. to live with a car---like REALLY live with a car, day in and day out, use it to drive your kid around, get groceries, take it to grandparents house, take road trips---it really is the way to own a car. Not wax it, clean it, save mileage, and then sell it. The final message is----buy the MOST fun car you can, and drive the hell out of it! Life is short. Every day is special.

“First of all the color. This is not the standard color. This is a wrap. I can’t believe I am saying that, makes me sound like an influencer” - The people’s “influencers roasting machine”The one and only, Chris Harris!
  • @kingcars
Ah yes, the classic “my dog turned off the traction control” excuse.
  • @KarlConrad
Brilliant! 9000RPM and a 6 speed MT. Can’t ask for anything more in a car
  • @bpowick
I love the fact that the Mr Harris properly drives his cars. He uses them as they are intended to be used and not nannied or hardly driven so that the miles don’t go up.
  • @cs2294
I can't imagine how good this thing must feel. Like a good worn in pair of shows. I personally love to buy cars new, beat the crap out of them, but maintain them properly and look after them. The car starts to feel so good after a ton of hard driving miles
  • @rootkhan3254
chris is literally the perfect car enthusiast. uses his cars enough to get his money and value out of them but still understands and treats them with the respect and love a piece of high performance machinery deserves.
  • @ClubBlau
Fellow 50,000ish mile GT3 Touring owner here (going for 2 million miles)! It's the best Porsche and best drivers car I've ever experienced! Really love this vid - couldn't agree with your detailed points more. Thank you Chris, Keep Touring!
  • @heelandtoe_
8:36 “That’s interesting, we appear to be oversteering” 😂 The GT3 really is a perfect daily sports car
  • @jtthebrick3
A love letter to manuals and the internal combustion engine! Never stop Chris!
  • @mg-by7uu
I finally made enough to sort of afford this car. Bought one in Florida and shipped it to Oregon. Moved to Florida one month later driving the GT3 5k miles back to where I had just shipped it from. The trip was worth every penny in depreciation. Best car ever made I'll never regret driving it no matter the cost. Nice to see Chris Harris feels the same
  • @Rhowhat
Chris pulls off this odd skill where when driving what to most petrol heads would be unobtainable and yet convincingly (and truthfully) conveys how much it really means to him. So many people on YouTube see the cost before the car and it seems to dominate their driving experience. Its nice to see someone enjoy a 2CV and an old touring 5 series alongside the latest exotica.
  • @Mustang_Chris
I love that you enjoy the slow bits as much as the fast ones, and you throw a bit of humor in with it. A man who calls himself Monkey naming his yellow Porsche "The Banana".
