    Wow congrats on 30 pounds. And congrats on 3 pounds. I am on 3 weeks today on strict BBBE myself. I'm now feeling amazing and loosing inches and pounds. I'm excited to see after my 90 days challenge. I have no cravings and I am never hungry. I have to make myself eat 2 meals a day. I use to suffer from chronic Inflammation and gut issues. I have no acid reflux now and my ankles and knees are less swollen just in 3 weeks. I am grateful 🙏I found this carnivore lifestyle and don't want to eat what was making me sick again!!     I been having juicy steaks and eggs everyday and bacon on my carnivore diet for 8 months now and I lost 30 pounds and feel and looks so much better!
  • Congratulations!! Keep it up! I am on my 7th month of carnivore. I drink 3 or 4 coffees a day and do heavy cream and stevia. It hasn’t changed my weight loss. I am also off all medications!!!! No longer have pre diabetes

    Go for the coffee with cream once a day but if you start to have cravings eliminate the stevia - Congratulations!!

  • 30 lbs I one month is awesome! It took me 3 months to lose 40 on keto. I've got to try this BBBE. I was 390 now down to 350.

    Andy .. My Man. on 3/4/2022 i weighed in at the VA at 364 lbs. at 5'10 it was rock bottom for me. i went strict carnivore and on 8/8/2022 i weighed in at 280. so 84 lbs and my life has changed. as you keep with it you will find that you were a carb addict. stay with it and it just gets better. good luck brother.

  • I had a friend who was 500 lbs, I had lost 100 lbs on keto so I told her about it. I told her she would lose 30 lbs her first month and she sure did. 30 lbs exactly.

    I also lost 30 pounds in a month. I have 1 or 2 coffees a day and I put heavy whipping cream and butter in it. Feeling great. Your both doing awesome. Keep up the great work.
  • Coffee , 1-2 tbs butter, two drops of stevia. I like to put a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon. Blend it well. My recipe Don’t want to eat for five- six hours. Sharp mind, sustainable energy.

    My vote is have the coffee. The point of doing this is to more enjoy your life, not give up everything you enjoy. I also think that we're all different, so you'll have to find out what works for you and what doesn't by trial and error. Good luck!
  • Congratulations! I’m doing fasting ( one meal a day) with keto , I drink 3 black coffee per day and I lost 60 pounds in 4 months . My experience is with back coffee my hunger will go away . Before starting this program my blood pressure was 140 over 90 and now most of days is 115 over 70 !!!

    We’ve been on carnivore for 3 years. We only drink one cup of coffee in the am. We both are healed from many illnesses. That was so important for us to feel better.

    Congrats to you both! 🎉 I’m 64 and have been carnivore for 4 years. I love eating beef - ribeyes and burgers mostly and occasionally bacon too. Also a mug or two of black coffee most days. Keep going. You will do great! Ps. I step on the scale only once every 2-3 months. My weight has remained constant at 160 for over a year. I never go hungry and I feel great! No more yo-yo dieting. Yay!

    30 pounds in 30 days is absolutely amazing!!! What commitment! I'm thinking of doing this diet. I've done low carb but slowly have started eating carbs again and am feeling terrible again AND my health numbers are showing bad results sooo here I go getting off this sugar and junk food again.
  • Congratulations guys! I think you should keep your coffee. I lost 60 lbs and never gave up my two cups of coffee with stevia and heavy cream.

    I say stick with what you’re doing until you hit a plateau and then switch it up! You’re doing amazing!!!!!!!
