Hi, there! Welcome to our channel! We are Hope & Andy, a married couple (30 years in April 2024) that are both doing the same thing in a different way. I live a keto lifestyle and am currently in maintenance after losing almost 40 lbs. I include working out 4-5 times a week and am studying to be a Certified Personal Trainer. Andy is still on his weightloss journey, has lost over 100 lbs in a year! Started 30 days on BBBE (beef, butter, bacon and eggs) transitioned to carnivore and has a little ways to go! We just hope to inspire and motivate and show you, it can be done, we are living proof! We have 2 grown daughters and a pandemic puppy named Ralphie.
