Since my wife found your channel and we started watching you and your wife, it has encouraged us to start our journey and begin our carnivore lifestyle. It's been one month now and I have already lost 24 pounds and my wife has lost 17 pounds, it seems a bit extreme amount of weight lost in one month but we both have jobs that are very active, and we OMAD. I wanted to personally thank you both for helping to encourage us to finally start changing our lives. ❤💪❤💪

I just hit 30 days today and have dropped 25 pounds from 337 to 312. Looking forward to see where I land month 6 let alone 12. Keep up the good work.

My story is similar. I was 72 years old. My waist was 42, I weighed 254 (I'm short), and I had a myriad of health issues. Today, 18 months later, my waist is 32, my weight is 165, and my health issue are gone. Keep up the good work,

Proud of you man. I’m a 6 year Carnivore and I’m never going back. I’m 42 and a father of 2 and I’m always a savage sun up to sun down

Brother, I started carnivore 2 weeks ago after watching some of your videos. I am down 15 lbs. to date and thank you and your wife for the inspiration!

You're doing incredible. I had never heard of carnivore before last Nov. I am almost 4 months in and it has changed my life. I'm 71, I've lost weight, and my knee pain is gone. Even my hair is fuller and all the protein has helped create muscle. It's hard to believe you from a year ago and you now are the same person. Keep inspiring everyone to get healthy.

I am 49 & started the carnivore diet on Jan 1st & weighed in at 299 pounds. 68 days in, I am now down 47 pounds. My energy levels have been through the roof. It has blown my mind how much energy I have. I have been doing intermittent fasting including one 48 hour fast each week. So far, I am really enjoying the carnivore lifestyle & find it very sustainable. Only issue I have is not having any alcohol. With weather getting nicer, I find myself really wanting to have a few beers. Your results are inspiring!!!

A few years ago I lost 94 pounds on OMAD keto. Had some crazy life stuff happen and fell into depression and gained it all back and more. Started back on keto and extra walking again last week. Thanks for the inspiration. I'm done being this way.

I’m in the military. I’m a middle age male. I have tried keto. I have tried intermittent fasting. But it’s hard. I’m right on the verge of being overweight according to the army. I exercise daily and yet have gotten to where I want to be. See your results is astoundingly impressive and quite motivating. I too have family history of bad hearts and diabetes. I strive so hard and yet I feel like I don’t get any results. I’m going to try this for sure. Thanks for making this content so that I could stumble across it. Keep up the good work.
  • I’ve been looking at the carnivore diet. I’ve been denied multiple times for weight loss surgery by my insurance even though it’s been deemed medically necessary. So I have to do this on my own or I won’t ever get healthy again. Thank you guys for showing me it can be done.
  • @NPLife
Man, great work. I started eating Whole Foods after Christmas and cut it to carnivore 2 weeks ago. I got pretty motivated after editing video and hearing myself struggle to breathe just being alive. I’m feeling satiated, head is clear, I’m excited for the future!
  • You’re very inspiring. I’ve been carnivore for 18 months, can not imagine ever going back to the standard American Diet. I’m going to look into that thermometer.
  • @JamesKing-jw6hs
Great job man, keep it up. Right tgere with ya working on my second hundred pounds, i started at 398#'s
  • You guys are a real inspiration! My husband and I had been living a keto lifestyle and I lost over 60 lbs doing so. My husband didn't need to lose as much and lost about 20lbs. We decided to try Carnivore and started our journey in Feb. We feel even better than when we were on Keto!
  • @thomasdausch8557
I have started my journey at 62 yrs old, the hardest part is getting over processed sugar consumption of a lifetime,, thankyou for sharing your story and will follow your progress by subscribing,,,btw i love the 1776 shirt you are wearing in video , not too many people know the relevance of 1776 in today 's world
  • @pandaman123213
Thanks for your testimony! You and I both started around the same pant size and the same weight. You’re a little bit ahead of me, though because I am only five months in and down 63 pounds.
  • @pieterbrits1944
I am starting tomorrow, i currently weigh 485 pounds, (220kg), this inspires me to try, i am doing grocery shopping tomorrow morning, suffering from bad depression and insomnia, tried keto several times, and has gained so much weight back every time. i am just tired of struggling with everything, but hey i am definitely gonna try and stick this one out! Thanks for being this kind and motivating
  • @piperuk5366
You're a new man! ❤ enjoy your new LIFE with that beautiful family ❤ 👏🏻
  • After watching one of your videos and stepping on the scale Superbowl night. I was 300.4lbs @ 5'-10". WAY too big. I started my journey the next morning. Today I am at 279 and losing. It kind of stalls and fluctuates from time to time, but it is always nice seeing "the lowest number" that i have seen in a while. Thanks for the motivation.
