Six Day in Fallujah got cancelled by Fox News boomers in 2009 and in 2021, the same game is getting cancelled by neolib Twitter checkmarks. Why though? What is so controversial about Highwire Games' revival of "Six Days in Fallujah?"

They call it "six days in fallujah" but I'll probably beat it in like 7 hours.
-
Ironically, the Six-Days in Fallujah trailer had two Fallujah civilians talking about their perspective.

Imagine being more outraged at a game depicting war crimes than the government committing said war crimes.

The argument of “violent video games make people violent” is such a dead horse that people are just beating bone dust at this point.

Imagine being in a country with actual problems: "Oh look, the Americans are upset about a video game." "Bro, the militia is coming. We have to go."

The whole video games and violence BS feels like it's never going to go away. I once had to debate this in a class and I overwhelmed the opposition with study after study, but when it came time for the class to vote on who won, I still lost. Non-gamers don't understand why we play in the first place, so getting them to see it has nothing to do with real world violence is an up hill battle

If the Riely Reid sim existed, I'm certain one level would consist of trying to get your social media accounts unbanned

We're living in a simulation that the operator has left on repeat but changes the 'outrage variable' just to see what happens
