Why you should eat 1 stick of butter a day?

Why are you supposed to eat more butter? Because it's good for you! Not only is it full of essential vitamins and minerals, but it also contains a lot of fat—and we all know that fat is good for the body.

Butter has been demonized in recent years, but this isn't something new. Back in the 1960s and 70s, heart disease was seen as something most people could avoid by avoiding saturated fats like butter (and eating more carbohydrates). However, recent studies have shown that saturated fats actually don't raise cholesterol levels or cause heart disease—and they may even be beneficial for your health!

So how much should you eat? Dr Elisabeth Bright recommends 1 stick of butter a day, which is 112g or 8 tablespoons, spread out over 3-4 meals during the day. You can try a fatty latte, brown butter bites and add butter to your fatty meats.

High Fat Carnivore has so many benefits

It's a great way to lose fat.

If you're on a high-fat carnivore diet, you're bound to lose weight because it's so much easier for your body to burn fat than it is for it to store it. This is especially true if you're eating lots of healthy fats and animal products with no carbohydrates or sugars in them—the kind of foods that Dr. Shawn Baker recommends for his high-fat carnivore diet plan. By eating this way, he says: "You'll never feel hungry."

Dr Elisabeth Bright also suggests high fat Carnivore will improve:
Libido
Mental clarity
Depression and anxiety
Menopause symptoms
Lower cortisol
Improve sleep patterns

If you're looking to try out a new diet or just want to be healthy, I would highly recommend High Fat Carnivore. It's easy and delicious, plus it has tons of benefits! The best part about this diet is that it doesn't require any fancy ingredients or expensive supplements - just some good old-fashioned butter and fatty meat!

  • "Carbs are entertainment, not nutrition". That was deep. Im gonna start using that.
  • My grandfather always said, "If you don't eat fat you will die of a heart attack". People thought he was nuts, turns out he was a genius. A man ahead of the times.

We’ve been told by doctors for years to not eat red meat or butter. I eat both and feel great!
  • I’ve always found it strange how people can eat a bowl of milk with cereal, drink milk with meals, eat cups of yogurt, sour cream, cheeses etc. but then consider it crazy to eat a whole stick of butter everyday.
  • As a dude, i learned so much in this video about myself and about women. Thank you

Ask yourself every day, "Do I want to help my body live, or do I want to help it die? The body is built to win! We are what we eat.

As a 64 year old former sugar and carb binger I SO appreciate this interview! Our bodies are so different after menopause and sometimes the standard keto/carnivore crowd is made up of more young adults than older adults so thank you for bringing us “mature” females the info we need to make the changes and enjoy our later years in better health! ❤

Thia interview was packed with information. I had a goitre at 15 and was put on iodine, but not told to continue with this, at 40 I had to have an emergency total hysterectomy after continual bleeding for 6 months and the doctors and the consultants were clueless. My health has been a nightmare ever since (I'm 65) 50 years struggling to find the answer to heal myself because doctors weren't interested except to put me on 9 lots of medication, which I dumped as they just made me feel worse and I felt my whole body was shutting down. When I got Dr Bright's book, I decided to do the iodine test, by putting a swab of it in the crease of my elbow, then decided I'd do both elbow creases. But when I looked back at the first elbow crease, it was completely gone, not even a yellowish mark, that was within 10 minutes, that's how depleted I was. I thought I was going mad and did it again, after a good sniff, and yes, it had been applied. I have no faith in doctors and haven't been to one for nearly 10 years now, just got sick of them telling me that whatever I had gone to see them with, it was because I was fat. Great interview, thank you.

I am 66n& have a uterine polyp, which I refused to have a D&C until rechecked in 6 mo. Also, I have bone loss issues-osteopenia. I’ve had Lyme disease, menopausal issues, extremely dry skin and mucous membranes. I just started your protocol in hopes it will help heal all these issues. Ive tried many other therapies with no total success. I told my doctor that vegetables cause me intestinal bloating. Smoothies cause me constipation. No doctor I’ve seen thus far has seemed to understand hormonal issues. I am so encouraged to hear you explain the hormonal needs of menopausal women. Thank you for giving us answers. It’s been very frustrating these past 10 yrs. I ate butter last night before bed and calmed down. I ate steak and butter for breakfast today and felt a relaxation in my upper digestive tract which was nice.
  • Minute for minute this is THE most helpful vid for women on carnivore i have ever listened to. Thank you
  • Thank you! This just gave me everything I needed! I started going through menopause spontaneously at 27. After a tumultuous childhood and being on alert everyday.. Made the cortisol connection. 25 years ago went keto no more menopause symptoms. Thank you
  • @MargoKruczek

  • I am so grateful to have found the carnivore community, my journey starts in a couple of days as I prep, food wise at this time. I am fat and miserable and only I can change that. Had the wonderful opportunity to email Dr Bright and she was as gracious as ever, looking forward to having this amazing woman help me get better. Thank you for your videos, they have been a big inspiration to me. Especially in what you eat in a day
