Tesla Model 3 Performance refresh is ludacrisly quick, and actually meaningfully different from the base car refresh

  • Imagine going back 10 years in time telling that we will have a family car that does 0-60 in under 3 seconds for 54k. And then consider that we have also had an insane 20% compounded inflation since then
  • @raheeb1
“Under 60k, I think that’s in a pretty good spot” Then realizes it’s 45K with the tax credit. 🔥
  • Sir, your reviews are FANTASTIC! Just love your delivery, professionalism, and just a touch of personality. Comes off as very well put together!
  • Really appreciate the metric system being used in your vids lately. Keep up the good work
  • The non-clicky buttons was the first thing I noticed when you got in the car. As you said "we have been over this, this is not what we want"
  • Love your reviews. You always mention the specifics that we are after.

This is a HELL OF A CAR for the $$$. It gets the full $7,500 tax credit (point of sale) which makes it roughly $45k out the door. Insane value!!!

Ordered one after watching this review. Thanks for keeping it real!

Upgraded from 2020 Model 3 (which I loved to death and couldn't even imagine how it could ever be improved aside from body/trim issues) => 2024 Model 3 LR few days ago. Oh boy, the difference is like switching from Camry to BMW 3. The overall heft, the way doors open/close, overall trim, handling, mood lights, no-stalk driving, backseat screen, ventilated seats, improved struts, etc., all make it feel like a completely different class of car. Highly recommend. The 1 and only negative is that it feels a bit heavier - what I liked the most about my 2020 Model 3 was that for a very heavy car it felt so light and handling overall felt so effortless like a work of art. 2024 Model 3 LR on the other hand feels a bit more like a hefty luxury car with, and it leads to more physical exertion when handling.
  • not only is this car excellent for the sticker price at $52,990, but it qualifies for the $7,500 EV tax credit making it $45,490 before any other qualifying incentives or taxes. WHAT?!?!

As much as some people don’t like Tesla this is just so good
  • @Dcuddy
Thank you for your review man I just bought a 2019 model 3 performance in November now I want the new one 🤦🏾‍♂️
  • @vibes4956
I didn’t think about this till now but I would actually appreciate a night time perspective of your review vehicles from both the interior and exterior point of view to see what we should expect to deal with during the night (and to have some cool night shots! Especially performance oriented vehicles, like the Rimac)
  • Oh man... I ALMOST ordered the base model last week 😂
  • @SNAPZ46
This morphed into a very aesthetically pleasing car!

Nicely done review. Really articulate. Curious on the brakes, are those improvements vs. the prior performance model or just the refresh 3?
  • my new car looks gorgeous! i knew to hold out after the refresh came out, so glad i did
