Flooding closes roads, causes restrictions across Central Pennsylvania

These municipalities don't want to hear about issues that people have with flooding and water runoff damage. I have been pretty instrumental at meetings over most of the past decade, as well as filing multiple complaints on paper voicing my issues. They tell me what I want to hear at the meetings, and say that they'll look into it, and then nothing. Typical small town politics.

Everyone wants the government to protect them until the government says no problem, but we are going to have to raise your taxes to do it.
