Steuben County, one of many areas, picking up the pieces after monumental damage caused by Friday's floods. "Driveways were flooded, and the water was coming up that over in that ditch, and I went in the house, and it wasn't five minutes later that the water just came roaring down," Karen Heckle lives in the hotspot of the Town of Canisteo the place that saw the most damage.
