My dad chose this to be played at his funeral. I know he meant the words to say that he wasn't scared and that he felt peaceful, but it makes me cry every time. I miss him so much, every day.

My favorite of all Celtic Woman videos, it helped get me through my grieving after my wife passed away.

This song is very sad yet very beautiful too, I have to admit, the singers of Celtic Woman have an extraordinary gift when it comes to singing
  • Celtic Woman touches your hearts and spirit whenever you listen to their songs. Thank you for sharing your beautiful music! 💜
  • Three beautiful ladies, three wonderful voices singing a great song - does it get any better than this?
  • Eabha is just a gift from the heavens. Her beauty and voice is something to be envied.
  • I had Celtic Women version of You Raise Me Up played at my wife's funeral back in February 2020. Best voices in the world!!
  • These girls are the best female voices I have ever heard, magnificent.
  • I had the the privilege of being present at this particular concert. A real blessing.
  • I'm crying thinking of my dad he loved this xxx ìm taking a trip down memory lane tonight xxx God love all that have passed away and I hope they r all at peace xx
  • Very lovely! I love the Celtic Woman since then. I kind of miss the old/ original members as well.
  • A magnificent, majestic tribute to our wandering! Knowing in our bones that home is there, patiently waiting. Determination to return will be too strong to defy. Our tears will be gone forever! Celtic Woman remains strong at performing beautiful songs of mighty measure. A fantastic performance of a hope and belief!

I fail to produce any words worthy of Celtic Women in any of their pairings. A truly incredible -- aye magical -- troupe. May the sun always stay on all their faces.

I....I remember this song, and it made me break out sobbing. My twin brother, 11 years ago today, could not fight his demons, and left us by his own hand. In his honor, I sung this song at his farewell, to honor someone I loved. I remember him, the joy he gave, and how empty it seems without him, like a piece of myself is missing. Rest well brother, I'm sorry I couldn't save you.
  • Simply beautiful……. Such a great performance…. Thank you…

There is a distinct difference between old and new Celtic Woman but each group has had its own charm and beauty and they have continuously produced great albums. Love these ladies still after all these years.

If ever there were to be a PERFECT singing/musical group announced, Celtic Woman would have to be right up there amount the leaders in the world. Lovely to listen to and simply inspiring to watch.
  • They say there's a place where dreams have all gone They never said where, but I think I know Its miles through the night just over the dawn On the road that will take me home I know in my bones, I've been here before The ground feels the same, tho the land's been torn I've a long way to go, the stars tell me so On this road that will take me home. Love waits for me round the bend, leads me endlessly on Surely sorrows shall find their end And all our troubles will be gone And I know what I've lost, and all that I've won When the road finally takes me home And when I pass by, don't lead me astray don't try and stop me, don't stand in my way I'm bound for the hills where the cool waters flow On the road that will take me home Love waits for me round the bend, leads me endlessly on Surely sorrows shall find their end And all our troubles will be gone And I know what I've lost and all that I've won When the road finally takes me home I'm going home, I'm going home, I'm going home
