LOOKING AT THE IGNITION LOCK! - Farming Simulator 25

Bobcat has the same key for a lot of the machines so this is not a surprise to me and depending on how many are made and sold that would be to many different keys to stamp out so makes sense to one stamped key for all game boxes

With everything I have seen thus far, I really like where the game is headed. I really hope they continue to add more NPC's and have other farms not owned by you show they are in full operation with AI, for example, tractors in fields working, products being brought to businesses, animals being cared for, etc... I also hope they add more animations to the production plants/ businesses with "employees" working, machines working, etc... we get spoiled with those types of features with games like GTA and RDR2 where you see towns and cities in full operation like real life. overall very excited for FS25.

I recently picked up the beacon from the last collectors edition and I was presently surprised how well it just worked. Though I am disappointed, especially with this since it looks to be the same case, that it is USB micro B, which is an awful connector and in 2024 is only like a fraction of a cent difference. That said I did pre-order the collector's edition for this thing mainly to work with Truck Sims.

does key lock have any input on other games like racing games in general? I'm pretty curious

If you pre order the collectors edition, aren't you then delayed the game from initial release day? Due to shipping times. Also, do you then have to buy the season 1 pass separately at full price instead of the bundle discount? Or was it not a bundle discount for the base game + s1 pass.

Pretty much an off the shelf ignition lock with a PIC or Atmega in a custom case. Pretty cheap to make, already have one i made for FS22 about a year ago.

Where can you buy it ? Only on their website ? I didn't see it on steam.

on real tractors and harvesters the keys are not induvidual either.. one key fitts all tractors

Can i use it as a macro to turn my pc on and off?

My grandfather has an ignition where if it's sat, we have to turn they key to the left to 'pre-heat' or something like that (this is an LS tractor were talking about). Would be cool if in the future they revisit this and add that option.

Quick question. I guess this behave just like a key in a tractor in real-life. What happens if you have started a tractor and put it work, then Tab over to another Machine. Will the key module “Know” if the machine is running and not change OR will the KEY return to the STOP position if the Machine is not running? Would love to know as I have preordered the Collectors ediition

Think this time not going to bother with the collectors edition.. DLCs ect are already expensive enough. That lock you can buy it later in their online store. Again stickers iam not intrested again anymore.
