  • I have try oil pulling now for 3 weeks had pain and sensitivity to my left side dentist said I will need deep cleaning . I have stayed the course with the oil pulling and have almost immediate results no pain and almost no sensitivity . I can eat on the left side now . Notice teeth have became whiter . Hoping when I go in the dentist in a week they will see the difference . I do oil pulling with unrefined organic coconut oil 3 days a week . I do believe in using natural things for healing .

I have a cavity in my bottom tooth. I know I have a cavity, but I couldnā€™t get an appointment on the weekend. I started oil pulling, and to my amazement, the pain ceased. I did use a few drops of peppermint with it. I will be doing this everyday. The Lord helped me. He always help me in times of trouble.

I went to my dentist the other day, and to my surprise she told me that my last visit was 5 years ago ! Yes 2017 lol. She did the cleaning service and was amazed at how clean my teeth were. No plaque, just a little colorations. Thank you Oil Pulling, which I do regularly and religiously.šŸ˜šŸ¤©šŸ˜›
  • Great.I have always known this and have done this for a few days, but your details and explanations are awesome! Motivates me to restart it again.Thank You
  • I went to a dentist to fill the cavity, but my teeth was removed and and doctor asked me to come back next week to remove some more. That's the time I decided to go for oil pulling (coconut oil) and six years gone not visited the dentist. This is purely my personal experience and it worked for me so far.
  • Thank you! Iā€™m so happy I found you, I know that there is always a way, a natural way! Will try this starting tomorrow and go from there to reduce sensitivity in the mouth etc. Very happy with your video

I have been doing it for 20 min first thing in the morning and my mouth feels wonderful so I'm sticking with it.I use a big teaspoonful of coconut oil and I expectorate on my garden plants and trees because they use it for nutrients.

I have been doing it for 3 years and it works šŸ‘šŸ¼removes plaque build up and helps sensitive teeth.
  • I'm on my third day! Like your video. Just one thing - 3:40 - don't spit the oil in the sink. It can cause clogs. That's actually mentioned in the article you referenced. Thank you.
  • @KNOWHOPE72
I love how she was so candid in mentioning that one should do it alone so as not to irritate others šŸ˜„ 10 - 15 minutes is a LONG time to squish something around in your mouth.
  • @willieboy8798
it also excites the taste buds .... everything will taste a little stronger. oil pulling cleans deeper into the tongue than just brushing!
  • @soniagrover5164
