In order to oil pull, take two teaspoons of sesame, coconut, or olive oil and lightly swoosh in your mouth for 10- 20 minutes a day.

It's been shown to help tooth decay, bleeding gums, naturally whiten teeth, strengthen your jaw muscles, cleanse your mouth, kill bad bacteria, and even support weight loss.

Afterwards, spit the oil out, rinse your mouth with water, and brush your teeth as normal. Perform this routine every day for two weeks and then just twice a week.

  • Oil pulling is an ancient Indian technique to clean your mouth and lots of diseases like acne ,arthritis and many more which was written in Indian Ayurveda. And now this is spreading all over the world and I feel proud to say that .Love from India.🇮🇳
  • Hi everyone, This is for those people who are thinking whether or not it works. My story: I was suffering from sensitivity/gum disease for 6 long years, and finally decided to try oil pulling using coconut oil. To be honest, first 3 weeks I didn't get any results and I lost all hopes and about to give up!! Since I bought a expensive coconut oil bottle and decided to finish it, that's when miracle happened. Trust me, after 2 months I am not at all experiencing sensitivity or any gum issues. Thanks to all those positive people in the youtube who helped me to believe that it works!!
  • I healed my gums doing this. My gums were swollen down over my teeth, and 2 dentists said they weren't sure why. I started doing this, and salt water rinse, and my gums look amazing. It is so sad how so many dentists say it doesn't work or people will make videos saying I did this for x amount of time, and it didn't. work. It worked for me and others I know that do it.
  • For all you Smokers out there with reseading Gums This Does work Hey I saved my Teeth and Will not need the denchers my dentist started preparing for me. But have to do this for the rest of my Life.I am a strong believer and will continue .Hope I give up smoking eventually

Dear Dr Josh , I was in massive pain frm last 2 days due to a severe tooth ache on my left side. I tried pain killers to some over the counter remedy but of no avail . I was howling in pain when I just happened to see the oil pulling method on google and ur video. I tried it for 20 minutes as mentioned. And I was feeling far far better. Thank you and God bless you..........this method came as a tremendous relief

I've been doing this almost 2 years now and it keeps me healthy, hardly any sickness! And my dental hygienist says I barely have any plaque at each visit ...she's always impressed

I've been doing this for about 40+ years now and it works great!! It also pulls from your sinuses and will help clear up allergies and infections. But, afterwards I swish with salt water...not just plain water. Not sure it makes a difference, but it does get the oil out of the mouth to floss and brush like normal. Hope everyone gives it a go!!

This works! In 2016, I had severe gum issues. My jaw felt as though it was almost wired shut, I could barely open my mouth to speak. I oil pulled with coconut oil ( I don't remember the particular brand) once/twice daily for about a week. I thought oil pulling wouldn't be able to help and I almost gave up because the pain persisted. Then out of nowhere within that time I was able to speak and eat normally. I highly recommend oil pulling.

  • I’ve been doing this almost daily for about 3 weeks and it really makes me feel better and my teeth are better and whiter !
  • Ive been oil pulling for about a month now and Ive seen amazing results! My gums are less red and I dont wake up with morning breath anymore!!
  • @DieHumanless
I tried every oral health product imaginable, but none stopped the minor bleeding gums. 2 weeks of oil pulling nearly every day and my gums weird healthy, and my teeth very white. Best method for oral health cleaning I have tried with actual results.

You forgot to mention. Do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Love from India 🇮🇳
  • I vouch for this. I’ve recently been oil pulling everyday with coconut oil, I use raw organic cold pressed coconut oil (1 tablespoon first thing in the morning for 20 mins) then rinse with water, clean my tongue with a tongue scraper, brush then floss, rinse out again. I found this more effective to do it first thing in the morning as apparently that’s when you have more bacteria in your mouth. My mouth feels incredibly clean! My teeth have actually gone whiter by a lot. I definitely suggest it to anyone who is curious to try. I didn’t think it would do much but it definitely improved my oral hygiene for sure. Works incredible well alongside a tongue scraper
