Bloody hell, sweat and heartbeat! I was unprepared! I did Freeletics about year ago with the same scheme of exercises. And I see this video with the thought: “I have been doing it, so that will be easy”. I was wrong! Such a long pause in training effects on your abilities. I needed this as a baseline to see where I’m at as I get back on my recovery journey. Ran the Boston Marathon in 2019 & now can barely get thru a minute of jumping jacks.🤦♂️ But gotta start somewhere, thank you brother!👊
