Take atleast one day fast to reset ur gut 4. Not to use aluminum vessel it damages liver 5. Add atleast mud vessel for dal frying and for rice 6. 50 percent fruits 20 percent grains 7. Red mirchi should be avoided instead fresh chilly is good 8. Tomato 🍅 kectup is only chemical it has to be thrown 9.banana chips is a big yess allo chips is ok to some extent 10.
