My Italian grandmothers would sit outside whenever the weather was nice. They would develop deep tans. They both lived into their mid 90's and never got sick.
  • God is so good in His creation!!! Iโ€™m so thankful!
  • Iโ€™m 55yr, back in the 60โ€™s & 70โ€™s , I would be taken up to the Hospital to visit my Grandmother & would often find her sitting on the hospitalโ€™s veranda ,high in the sky basking in the Sun, overlooking the City. The hospital Staff would also roll out patients in there beds & leave them to catch some morning Sun. Now those same hospitals have all enclosed the verandas & made them into wards. Such a great travesty. I make it a habit to go sit in the morning Sunshine, if the Sun is hot on your skin get into the Shade, 10-20 mins, with no feeling of burning is the key & you will get the slightest of tans, you will look & feel healthier as time goes. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ•ฏ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บAustralia.โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Iโ€™m not afraid! I always feel better when I get sun on my bare (without sunscreen) skin. It lifts my mood and helps me feel calm.
  • @Adentalgrl
Nope! My only addiction is the sun. I grew up on the beach and will never stop laying in the sun! I absolutely love the feeling of the sun on my skin! โค๏ธ

I had very pale skin, and i burned easily, so I stayed away from the sun for decades. But then after I got sick and spent years researching and fixing my health... And I learned that once i had enough minerals in my system, I don't burn as easily and my health got better. Now I try to get sun everyday.

I recently started sitting out in the sun for about 15-20 minutes as often as possible. It has definitely improved my sleep. I sleep longer and deeper than I have in years. Thank you Doc.

I diligently avoided the sun for the first forty years of my life... Then got diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I'm carnivore and cutting out plants now thanks to you and Anthony Chaffee I'm hoping to help my body heal itself over the coming months and years, and undo the damage that's been done over the years ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Used to hate the sun, but now I love soaking up the rays! No SPF nothing, and I have a healthy looking tan. It improves my mood too! ๐Ÿ˜Š

I never use sunscreen. Iโ€™ve always been a rebel ๐Ÿ˜‚
  • So true! I have a rough time getting started in the morning if I don't open the front door and feel the sun on my skin. The sun is my favorite star!
  • @412StepUp
Getting sun improves my mood so much. Nothing makes me feel better and happier than getting sunlight!
  • Since quarantine, I stopped wearing any makeup on my skin. I have worn makeup probably almost every day of my life since high school, I am 35 now. I also sit outside in my backyard Everyday under the sun, exposing most of my skin and now makeup free face for a good 20 minutes with my cup of black coffee, it has become a ritual now. I never used to do this and I can def feel a difference.
  • I worked nights for many many many years of my life. Iโ€™m 32 and the last year i decided to stop the Anti depressants and all the BS and it was the best decision of my life! I decided to get more sunlight especially when I wake up in the morning! First thing I do is get sun light immediately if possible. Changed me life! Great video!
  • @Jill.Carter.
I live in the UK where the sun is relatively weak and the summers relatively short, but even so for all of my life I have been unable to tolerate the sunshine for more than twenty minutes due to my skin getting irritated and white and red blotches on the exposed parts. Sunscreen was the only way for me to get out and about at times. I thought it was because I am terribly pale skinned. Since February of this year I have been following a Keto diet and I realised early this summer that I was able to spend hours outside gardening without my skin showing any changes or signs of stress with the sunshine at all. It's a very unexpected and eye opening side effect of Keto!
