  • Thanks, Dr. Gundry, for letting us all know that vegetables have tons of toxins and anti-nutrients! I had the worst gut issues for 15 years diagnosed with IBS. The dr. kept saying eat more fiber. But the worse I felt. I quit eating all fruits and veggies and all my symptoms disappeared! I now eat meat, seafood and eggs and feel like a new woman. Every time I have tried adding veggies back into my diet, I get the same symptoms and feel horrible. At 76, I finally feel good.

    I love sardines, natto, and all goat/ sheep yogurts and cheese!
  • I eat sardines twice a week, my energy levels have improved dramatically and can feel the energy right after consuming them.
