Paint that thing matte black and put a bat symbol in the grill instead of a pony, and you got yourself the next Batmobile!
  • In a world of electrification, itā€™s nice to see some supercharged V8 innovation still happening

The ultimate Mustang. Not in my wildest dreams would I come up with a specification like this. Absolutely stunning. Thanks guys, can't wait for you to have more access to the Mustang GTD!
  • What an absolute masterpiece! I have been a car enthusiast for almost 5 decades and this GTD is stunning to look at! Can't wait to see it on the track.

I haven't been this excited since the time the Viper ACR smashed the clocks at the Nurburgring. Kudos to the team at Ford to not only keep this as some engineer's dream, but actually developing into something to enjoy both at the street and track.

I am in awe, and drooling at this GTD. Considering how rare and intentional Ford is in selecting buyers, it will be a rare sighting for almost of us commenting to see one on the road. I've been a Mustang die hard, and this just nailed my passion!ā¤

Absolutely amazing vision, design and technology. So many super cars look like something from Star Trek. As a Mustang guy, this is the super car for me. Of course I canā€™t afford one, but thatā€™s not important. Canā€™t wait for someone to get one and track it on YouTube.

I know people will say "it's still just a Mustang ", but the R&D Ford did on this car is off the charts! Great review as always Joe!

Thatā€™s without a doubt the first Mustang since the 2000 Cobra R to really make my heart jump! Itā€™s amazing how far race tech has come over the last 20 years

Iā€™m a GM person for life, but that is one very impressive machine.

Iā€™m not going to lie. I was already in love with the mustang gtd when I first saw but after hearing your passion and enthusiasm for how special this car is and represents, I am even more hyped now. I know just by how you spoke of it you are ready to pick one up when they start delivering. Canā€™t wait to see what comes next. Always FORDā€¦.

Joe, just a tip: Definitely start including clickable buttons/links to your other videos. People are lazy and aren't going to search for the Dark Horse video, but they will click on a button that will take them right to it. Great video as always, sir!

I actually just picked up my custom ordered GT Premium about 12 hours ago. 6 months of waiting but worth it. I am loving the car already, don't think the Dark Horse would've been worth the jump in price for me. I got an insane deal on mine at almost $5k off MSRP, and traded in my 2023 Civic Type R for it. 6-speed manual in Vapor Blue with the 401A, nite pony, GT performance, magneride, AND active exhaust packages - basically fully loaded. Loving the look and the details of the GTD so far as well! The fender vents, the widebody, the wheels (although not the color of them), the chassis mounted wing (which I was a little unsure of at first), the active aero that comes with that wing as well, the rear transaxle for the better weight distribution, and the supposed insane performance we'll be getting out of this car. The only thing that has me scratching my head is the price (and maybe the exhaust look šŸ˜‚) - $300k ā˜  I wonder why you'd go for this over something like a C8 Z06, or even something more exotic. If the performance is there then I suppose maybe it could make sense, I just personally wonder how much they can squeeze out of that engine when you're comparing it to the likes of GM's engineering of the 5.5L. Fantastic coverage as always, I look forward to hearing more as we get closer to the official release.

Well, yes, Joe, I AM in awe of this GTD and I do consider this a supercar. I can't wait to see a full "on-throttle" review when you get that opportunity. Wow... just so cool.
  • @hieuluu2
I love the "for $300,000 I rather buy (insert your car here)" comment. When someone write a $300,000 check for a Mustang without blinking, chances are, they already have your "I rather buy" car in their garage.
  • @gramb5611
I love how detailed you are in your videos. That car is just WOW
  • @stevespanos75
The whole look of this Mustang with the technology of racing cars is now my favorite of all mustangs. Thanks for expounding. The whole industry will do a double take with this beauty. A very good video, nice job.

I'm glad to see Ford is taking another blow at the racing scene against alot of these other supercars out there.
