A Message to Help You Find Your Purpose in Life: Twelve Questions to Ask Yourself

Please note: I have chosen to make this first video series on YouTube—the Emotional Intelligence video series—scripted. That is why I am sitting at an angle, reading from my computer. :)

Disclaimer: The ideas presented in this video are a compilation of my own personal experiences as a therapist-in-training, combined with wisdom sourced from various courses I've taken, videos I've watched, and books I've read, repackaged from my own perspective. These videos are strictly for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for therapy, life advice, or professional guidance. Please seek help if needed.

The twelve questions to help you find your purpose in life: What would you choose to do if there was no audience there to judge you? What is the message you would want to share with the younger version of yourself? Who are the people who inspire me? And what are they revealing to me about my unexpressed potential? What would you choose to do simply out of joy, if there was no gift or reward given in return? If there was only one year left of your life to live, how would you choose to spend it? At the end of your life, what story do you want to tell about how you lived? What do you want to be spoken about you when you die? What would you choose to do if there were no obstacles in your life? What would you choose to do if you had no fear? If there was one thing I could change about my life, what would it be, and how does that inspire me to live the rest of my life differently? What is the next best step you can take that will bring you closer to the most beautiful and highest version of your life? Am I choosing to act out of love or to gain love? Is this my heart’s desire or my desire to prove myself to others? What achievement in your life are you most proud of? Bonus question: What is one thing you wish you could change about the world, and how can your unique gifts help to change it?

Love your content. I would benefit from you slowing down your words with longer pauses between points. Love your yellow roses and especially love your Facebook posts with inspiring words combined with inspiring artwork!!!
