I loved the very useful info of what strengthen vision and brain health. My Notes of foods enhancing blood flow, brain health and vision: Kale(Lutein and zeathantin) , watercress ( lutein, zeathantin, C vitamin) red bell pepper ( lots of vit C) broccoli ( lutein, zeathantin, sulphoraphane) and fruits such as persimmons ( rich in vit C and A crustal for maintaining vision) tomatoes ( high levels of lycopene - reduce the risk of macular degeneration and strengthen brain health) , strawberries ( can reduce inflammation and help manage stress, organic strawberries have higher levels of elagic acid and anti honing that function as blood vessel tamers, mother natures natural wound healing - eating just one cup of organic strawberries for six days improve memory and mild cognitive decline ) cut down or avoid sodas ( both diet sodas and regular sodas) avoid ultra processed foods as chips avoid ultra processed meats ( increases stomac cancer) ā€¦ eat primarily organic whole plant foods šŸ€šŸ’ššŸø
