    I just make spaghetti with carrots celery tomatoes red bell pepper onions and combination of beef and pork
  • no alcohol.... no cigarettes..... no junk food.... I eat small portions of mediterraean diet and I walk at least 1 mile every day... I am slender and look 10 years younger!
