When I heard this , I immediately thought of how we sometimes are absent ourselves from talking/speaking to Jesus. And it sometimes make us feel like he’s not there. But He hears Us. So why aren’t we talking with Him? God is gracious

Extremely powerful. Left me speechless. All the Glory be to God. Falling into a relationship where the other party goes above God in your life is the worst thing ever. It drains your soul and leaves you dead inside. After the eventual split, you wish that they would come back and desperately wait for something which will never come again. However, God still waits on the other end. He is continually merciful and graceful to us beyond all comprehensible measure. No matter how unfaithful we have been in the past, even in the depth of the valley, he calls on us to speak with Him still.

Wow that hit me pretty hard. I used to hear God quite often, almost every morning when I go to sleep. But I fell away from Him and got back into all the bad habits He saved me from. I haven't heard from Him in some time and it hurts... I miss His voice and His presence.
