This is one of your best videos ever Jose. Their house is gorgeous. They also are so friendly and have such generous spirits to share the cost and to show their home. My budget is half thereβs, but their house is way more than I need. This gives me hope that I can find something Iβll love in my budget. Keep doing what you do Jose.

Your wife's paintings are wonderful π
-
Dora and David, thank you for the tour of your beautiful home.

Great interview. We made the decision late last year to have a home built in a privada en elnNorte which will be ready in November. We have an interesting story so when its all said and done you can come and do another an interview with us and we can give u our perspective. Enjoying the content!
-
Many thanks to the lovely couple for opening their home for us to see and giving us all a great idea of real costs!!
-
Thank you Dora and David. David is a very gentle and patient person.
-
Beautiful home, beautiful couple. Thanks for sharing your experiences and beautiful home. We left USA 2021 also and never looked back. Pura Vida π
-
Nice home. Your wife is a talented artist. Good to see you both in a video together again. Thanks for video ππ²π½. They need more of your wifeβs art to cover blank walls

Nice video Jose! I'm also from California now living in Mexico City perfect weather for me! , in LA for 40 years also, grew up in the midwest and fled to CA, the way things are going in LA it is time to bail out! The costs have gotten so outrageous in LA almost impossible to live there. Costs have risen so substantially it is hard to survive. No longer is the American Dream that possible for many especially retirees and older folks. Beautiful home and lovely people.
-
Jose - I appreciate that you are always respectful and donβt ask how much peopleβs houses cost. And David- thank you for sharing π
-
Please tell Dave and Dora thanks a million for sharing all the financial details, it really helps give a frame of reference when trying to determine the affordability of living in Merida. Absolutely, gorgeous home and community.
-
Fantastic couple. They created a beautiful home. This content adds so much value on how things work to buy a house. What it comes with, what it doesnβt and what you can do to put your own stamp on it. It was super that they included the price of everything so everyone can learn. Love to see more videos like this. Gracias.
-
a 4 bed 5 bath house with custom kitchen, doors and cabinets in the US with a pool would easily run you $800,000 and over a million in some locations. The fact they got all of this for 400g, which included 15g in closing costs and taxs, so really only 385g is amazing.
-
These people built a beautiful house. The closet is to die for.
-
Thank you for showing us this beautiful family and house!!!
-

-
Beautiful people, souls all of you are! Very inspiring! Blessings
