    Definitely not a bulk but he knows what works for his body.. I doubt he’s lifting heavy anyway.. he’s probably doing more resistance training circuits, in addition to his specific football drills

    Throw a couple or a few protein shakes in there to go with the snacks. I remember playing college baseball, I had to eat ~5,000 cal/day. A big help with meeting that goal was protein shakes
