Marco Island shelling is even more fun when you are up against the clock! You can only access the south beach at certain low tides, so shelling that spot is only possible at low tide and the tide doesn't stay out all that long. And once again, the beach surprised me!

  • "Exchange recipes...bedtime stories"? Ha ha ha ha........CUTE! 😄Thanks for the chuckle as I enjoyed our walk on the beach. 🥰
  • You do a wonderful job showing the shells. You say find your passion, "I found mine...the beach". I live in Iowa, but treasure every trip south. I don't do tourism, I spend every moment on the beach...seeking, breathing and listening. Thank you!

Hi, Australia here! The idea of trespassing to a beach (only getting legal access at low tide) is wild.

This was a terrific adventure even though it wasn't in your secret spot..there were some fabulous finds! Thank you for taking us along..

Aaaah...let's go to the beach. My favorite 5 words of the week! ❤❤

The cones, look like a family of father, mother and a kid. So adorable! And the colours are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for this lovely video on the beach. Its so awesome! ❤
  • This week, Sunday night got away from me....but, Monday night made up for it!!😂❤. Thanks for shelling on our behalf!! I loved the adventure.
  • Surprisingly you made up for the lack of shells on the other side of the jetties! Good job! Beautiful lace murexes!! It's funny how people miss stuff. One day I was almost back to my car and up a ways on the beach, just lying there in the open was a "J cob", a beautiful one at that. Nobody saw it or just thought it was any old broken shell... Thanks Sharmon!
  • Dear Sharmon, I was so surprised that there weren't so many shells at that little piece of beach. It was always my most favourite piece of beach. A hidden little gem. Well, it looks like it's not so hidden anymore..... That blue bucket lady was going for it. 😅 But you made it work and still found a great haul of shells while there were a lot of other shellers just a few meters away from you!❤ That shows that a good eye for shells makes a lot of difference!! The bucket lady would envy you. 😆 Those apple, lace, and rose murex are so gorgeous!😍 Well, in fact, most of the shells are gorgeous. 😂 I'm curious about where you will take us next week. But I know for sure it will be awesome. I hope you have a wonderful week, with nice temperatures, lots of sunshine, and good health and happiness. Sending you as always lots of love and a big hug! Xoxo ❤, Ilona
  • Very pretty shells collected even though there were quite a few people there, for sure not disappointing for me ☺
  • Big hello from Woodstock, Ontario Canada! Yup, it’s still cold here, 🥶 but it’s always fun to go to the beach with you. Absolutely LOVED that orange Calico Scallop shell, I may have squealed a little bit when you showed it to us. As usual, you are a delight to spend time with Sharmon. I play a little game each week as I watch you, and try to “name that shell” before you say it. I’m getting better at it too! ❤
  • Shar, I think you have some followers that also live in your area. There are many gorgeous beaches out there but none as pretty as when you take us. Thank you for the lovely scenery, education and the conversation. Have a beautiful week my beach friend. Until next Sunday.... see you then! ❤
  • I love Sundays! Your videos never disappoint! Loved all the lace murex this trip, but you did find a little of everything, which was great!
  • I love finding those "tree" corals; they make some beautiful shell art.
  • @rawilson7768
Funny I have been watching Sharmon for a while now so now when she picks up a shell now I try to guess the name of it before she tells us. I get excited when I get it correct. Thank you for the education you are giving us!
  • Good morning, Sharmon 😊 Your shelling adventure popped up on my phone this Monday morning, and just in time. I live in Sacramento, CA. And Man, we got slammed with one hecka storm late yesterday & last night (rain: 3.5-4 inches, wind 65-85 mph [which is huge for us], and no power for 18 hours). I'm sitting here with cold leftover coffee thanking our Lord for an intact roof & no trees on the house. Then, the skies opened and your video popped up, HOORAY 🥳 🎉 🪅 🎊 Boy, how lucky can a girl get. As far as I'm concerned, shelling solves everything! Many thanks for always being that bright ray of sunshine bringing us beautiful shells, sand, ocean waves, little critters, beautiful weather, and of course your wonderful self. Big Huggers, from another Shell Nut 🐚 🏖 🌊 ❤
