Students protest is a sign that the people are not stupid anymore. A great step for the intellectual people to reform the government.
  • My dear reporter, I want to let you know that the quota system was banned back in 2018, but the freedom fighters filed a case against this decision. That's why our high court revoked this decision. They are yet to order a final decision, so no one knows whether they will cancel the quota system or retain the previous decision. The government has already said that they will recommend a lower quota system (20%), but the quota protesters want a 5% retention of the quota. This is still under discussion and not yet decided or confirmed. The government called the protesters for a discussion, but they are not agreeable. Instead of discussing, they are demolishing government properties. If the police try to prevent this demolition, the protesters attack the police as well. It seems they want something else; their intention isn’t just about the quota.

The government should have retired the quota after 40 years... A stupid move by the Supreme Court.

Lots of Bangladeshi people have been working in Malaysia. They must be really worried about their family there. What happened in Bangladesh is really terrifying. Hopefully, everything is going to be fine soon.
