Have you ever been woken up by a leg cramp that you can’t seem to shake? Suffered with muscle tightness no matter how much you stretch out. Or find yourself plagued by regular migraines that leave you paralyzed for hours or even days? While these may lead you to believe that something is catastrophically wrong with your body, it could be something as simple as a deficiency.

So what is this nutrient deficiency that can wreak havoc on the body? Magnesium is one of the most well-known, highly researched nutrients. It has 700 different functions, which is the most of any nutrient. Some believe that there may be more that have yet to be discovered.

Here is my favorite Magnesium supplement: www.glutenfreesociety.org/shop/health-focus/daily-…

Join us LIVE on Tuesday night at 6PM Central as we take a deep dive into this essential nutrient!

Great information! ❤️ My great grandma lived to be 98. Didn’t eat much sugar, did not take any prescription meds, and soaked her feet in Epsom salts all the time. No major health issues and her mind was super sharp until she had to have surgery at 97. I’m convinced that low sugar diet and the magnesium from the Epsom salts really contributed to her longevity.

I am a chemical engineer and I am became very knowledgeable about orthomolecular medicine did to benzo tapering and seroquel. Unfortunately the world of modern medicine is corrupt. You are right about magnesium on the vas vasoconstriction issue. I use magnesium as a natural calcium blocked along with arginine and fish oil to control blood pressure. I don't use anymore amlodopine😁

  • This is fantastic information . This wasn't taught in modern medicine ,I had to learn doing my own research studies . Doing so I had to hit biology books and almanac literature from old time days . You are absolutely right in you class here . Thank you . I do have a question .
  • I have found Mg++ oil a great rub for tight muscles. Also, the Mg oil is absorbed into the body and doesn't tend to cause diarrhea.
  • Dr. O, thank you so much for this information. I have so many of the symptoms mentioned here with magnesium deficiency; and my mother does also. I am going to share this with her today, and place an order for your magnesium supplement for the both of us. You are an answer to prayer ❤

From reading the comments, it’s heartbreaking. How many people have had such losses from people that blindly have complete faith in their doctors. I do believe doctors (most anyway) have the best intentions, and genuinely want to help people that being said, you need to understand A few things , medical school teaches pharmacology. There is often very little(less than 40 hours) spent on nutrition. Insurance doesn’t pay for vitamins/minerals. And if these doctors actually ’cured’ your ailments, they would quickly be out of business, and we certainly wouldn’t be able to support the hundred billion dollar cancer industry (yes, I said, industry) It’s a travesty. Thank you for videos like this. We need to be our own advocate, and keep healthy. God bless.
  • Hi Dr. Peter Osborne - absolutely great job you are doing. Awesome detailed explanations - even understandable for an "outsider" like me. Tough to learn more in 50 minutes!!! Thanks Greatings from Germany Peter

If I mention vitamin and mineral deficiencies to my GP, there is usually a look of terror on their faces 🤣They literally don't have a clue sadly

When you say that hormones need carbohydrates, etc..what are you referring to? What is an appropriate carb to eat to ensure maximum performance of my hormones? I love these tutorials! & I would be interested in hearing you talk about the causes and natural treatment for fibroids. It's a huge issue so many women go through. I would also love to hear your thoughts on cosmetic treatments such as juvederm, sculptra, and botox. Thank you for all you do. I am loving this channel!
  • I really would love to hear someone actually talk about magnesium and say which one to take for what. Everyone talks about magnesium as if there is only one.
  • This . Information makes so much sense. Doctors have no clue of what they are doing. They are actually causing more issues. Thank you for your amazing knowledge.
  • Hemp seed hearts are another good food source of magnesium. Three tablespoons of hemp seed hearts contains 45 percent of the RDI for magnesium. And since hemp seed hearts are very low in phytic acid (which is found in high amounts in most seeds), the magnesium in hemp seed hearts is more fully absorbed than the magnesium from other seeds is, since phytic acid inhibits the absorption of magnesium (and other minerals).
