I had a stroke and it makes me like I was unbalance. I found out everything in me is not the same anymore. I went to the shop look around for something to help, I found out this oil call flaxseed oil, a source of Omega- 3 fatty acid. I bought one bottle, I take 1 table spoon every more, I also take extra virgin oil 1 table spoon, every morning now, there's a change in me. I am feeling better and it is natural. The olive oil I bought is from Spain. No one told me I just ask my daughter to go with me, who ever was guiding me THANK YOU. I BELIEVED I'M GETTING MY BRAIN BACK.❤🙏⚘

Exercise grows new brain cells. My grandma walked 3 miles a day and they she prevented early alzheimers. She started declining after 85 instead of 65.

I just came across this video, and it happened to be I was looking for something else, but it popped. A couple of years ago, I couldn’t remember what are the words I wanted to say in my sentence, unable to bring the word out of my mouth or forget what I was saying. I was only 40 and now in my 50s, but then I took omegA-3 and vitamin B 12 and complex, and after a few months, I noted that it helped my sentences, and I stopped forgetting the words. It seemed like my slight arthritis in my knees was almost gone, so I think the video here is an important one for the future to eliminate dementia. Thank you for this video.

I am 73 and 3 years ago, i was always loosing my balance and even had trouble walking straight. At the same time I was loosing my ability to articulate the way I had in the past, searching for words and substituting.. I was going downhill. Two of the blessing that happened 6 months apart were 2 covid grandsons were born! I had waited 71 years to get grandsons. I volunteered to provide daycare for both so all 4 parents could work. I got very busy, lots of moving, picking up babies, feeding them, trying to mentally stimulate them. I was constantly getting up and down as many as 20 times a day.. as they laid of the floor on a blanket. A year later I started taking NMN and supporting supplements per Dr. David Sinclair anti aging regime. I am now 2 months away from 74th birthday, I no longer have any balance issues and my cognitive and associated command of the english language returned. I attribute most of the improvement to constant attention to the grandsons, but the NMN definitely helped me in many ways. I feel 50 again.
  • DHA and B12 are important for memory. I supplement with Choline 500mg/Inositol 500 mg (good for the liver of people that had too much fructose, sugar and/or alcohol - choline is a precursor to Acetylcholine important in memory). Also Acetyl L-Carnitine 500 mg to metabolize lipids in the brain. Serine is another phospholipid that is supposed to help memory. Selenium is important to convert T4 to T3 along with Iodine for normal Thyroid function (cold hand, feet, nose is typical of iodine deficiency).

I have to lower my blood pressure and cholesterol and start exercising. I wish more doctors would talk about prevention. Many just give pills for everything.

Most of the Youth from the early fifties up to this day have never had the proper B vitamins nor Omega's in their diets and over half the US population do not have a decent mental state of mind nor the ability to problem solve on account of the lack there of. It is not just and aging problem. I am one who lived it now being 73 and know that this country has been in a decline on account of it. Our schools should be incharage of seeing that lunches are supplied to our children according to the real proper nutritional value for the parent geneeraly are either to ignorant of this cause or just really do not care.
  • Cognitive decline happens to many during what should be their “Golden Years”. The fact that if we are pro-active, we can drastically reduce/eliminate cognitive decline was blinding sunshine rays of hope. It isn’t just about the quality of our lives, but the quality of our children/grand children’s lives. As we get older, if we allow our health to fail, who will take care of us? I’m 62, my children are now starting to raise their own children, they have enough on their plate already. I will do whatever I can to keep myself healthy so that they won’t have to take care of me. Already taking everything discussed and more.

Vitamin E might not be helping just because of its antioxidative effects but because of its beneficial effect in improving glucose transport and insulin sensitivity.

So, B and Omega-3 appear to be synergistic. Notably absent from the study are sleep and cortisol.

AMAZING, intelligent, clear layman-terms visual aids while still citing valid science. Well-done and thank you for putting this out there!!!! I'm on the hairy edge of possible decline and pre-diabetes so it's quite a find for me today to hear this.
  • * First item of business, clean your diets up folks. Junkfood and liquid junk beverages are not your friends, even a little bit of poison is still poison. No way of making it look cute. * Next get outside and work in the garden, go swimming, and go for a long walk with a friend every single day, unless the weather is really bad. Don't just sit on the couch watching stupid shows.

Ten + years since my mother was diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment. Very little covered by insurance and very little available through our government in US. In a time when everyone seems to need to work fulltime late in age its very difficult to care for a loved one without help.
  • @pollyannabird
my dear friend Verona Hood always said to get your B vits to keep mind and brain healthy. She passed in late 90s at the age of 97 . still smart as a whip. so glad your sharing this info with everyone . ☺️✌️

When it comes to your B vitamins they should be multi B vitamins and no less than 50 mg
  • @krightcarr4785
Very informative, nonbiased, nonagenda driven. Excellent! Thank you for sharing.
  • @BL-rb7jm
When it comes to vitamin D3 you have to take K2 with it and you have to include magnesium
