I saw several videos on Mexican Relocation guide on Mazatlan rentals... The key is to find something more than just a few blocks from the beach... there are hillside houses that are maybe a dozen or more blocks from the tourist areas that are very reasonable... Unfortunately people ( expats) tend to think they need to be close to the beach and that is where they find higher prices. A friend of mine that lives in Guadalajara has a place just a block from the bus stop on Independencia calle and she got a huge place with 5 bedrooms and two baths for less than $300... So I thought it would be too noisy, but it was fine. So yeah keep looking! THANKS FOR THE GREAT VIDEO!

The best part of Guadalajara is your neighbors. You can also live in Tlaquepaque, Zapopan, Tlajulmoco, El Salto. Any lifestyle that you would like can be found in these areas. I have a house in a Colonia. Very old school. You need pesos. But once you know your neighbors, they unlock the world to you. It is like 1960’s USA with Spanish.

I just found your channel and I love it! Im a professional online poker player living in Florida and I'm trying to build up the courage to relocate to Mexico. My gut tells me this is what I need to do in order to live a more finanacial stress free lifestyle as my income can be up and down month to month being a entrepreneur.

That back yard area is beautiful and shaded. Add a stock tank pool and it would be perfect for cooling off.
