Adam and Jamie from MythBusters couldn’t stand each other, while Drake and Josh weren’t exactly buddies either. This video will go over 8 of the best examples where two Co-Stars actually despised each other when the cameras weren't rolling, from Will Smith, to Nicki Minaj, to Leonardo DiCaprio.

This is, Co-Stars Who Hated Each Other Off Camera

Jennette wasn't being pathetic when she wrote that in her memoir, she was being frank about how she was jealous of Arianna's happy, wealthy childhood while she herself was abused and the family breadwinner.

My respect for Adam and Jamie has gone up 100x. Being professional and working together to make something like mythbusters work while keeping their emotions at bay... true professionals

Jeanette literally said Ariana apologized to each other and ended on a good note. In addition, she only said it was jealousy while Jeanette was dealing with a multitude of abuse from her mother and creepy director. Calling her pathetic is extremely wild

i feel so sorry for Jeanette. all the adults around her failed her so badly. no one stood up for her and was even attacked for speaking her mind.
  • It's impressive and sad how people who hate each other can still act like best friends in movies

I've seen Adam address this a few times. He and Jamie were just different people with different styles. He conveys a high level of professional respect for him. Adam said that if they had 24 hours to solve something, Adam's approach would be to jump right into it and fail until he succeeds. Jaime would study the problem, gather information and then only attempt the solution when he was ready and get it right on the first go. Their different personalities is why things worked, but it must have been frustrating for both.
  • I felt like Jeanette's feelings were warranted. Ariana was spoiled, entitled and made Jeanette's working days harder. Not to mention that Jeanette probably felt bad because she had a horrible upbringing. Really lame to say her comments were petty when we've seen Ariana constantly be a brat in public.

You calling Jennette pathetic was not it. She was abused by her mother, threatened by Dan "Foot Fetishist" Schneider (while he coddled Ariana), and no one from Nickelodeon did anything to protect her from all the abuse she endured on set. Like... They made her character eat a lot on camera, while she struggled with bulimia (because her mother was an egotistical wench who wanted to live through Jennette). And let's be honest, Ariana DID have a much better life than her, and people bent themselves over to her (Ariana's) whims
  • I met Jeannette in a park in Canada she was literally just sitting on a bench writing her novel. We couldnt actually believe our eyes. She talked to us for 10 minutes and answered all of our random questions she was so cool and nice!

I'm sorry but I'm on Janette Mccurdy's side. There was a lot of weird stuff going on with the creator of the show basically grooming kids and Ariana defends that guy to this day, as where Janette spoke out and was bullied for it. You can go back and watch the shows. They put these girl in such cleary sexualized scenes and for Ariana to defend that is just disgusting. There's also been a lot of stuff coming out showing Ariana isn't a good person but is in actually quite a drama queen.

I wouldn't say Jennette's feud is pathetic, it comes from a real dark place, she was promised to have her own solo career then she's shadowed in favour of Ariana, and between Viacom and Dan Schneider who screwed her, they wouldn't give her the opportunities she needed and even she wanted to do it by herself she had a contractual exclusivity with Nick, meanwhile Ariana had the blessing of the company to grow her career and the fact that your co-star was written off some episodes so she can further her career while you are forced to stay, I wouldn't say her complaints are pathetic.

Jamie and Adam are the definition of putting aside their differences to get shit done. Truly commendable that they acknowledge they don’t like the same things but know how to work together well.
  • I think it's hilarious that Aunt Viv acted like Will Smith ruined her career and "took 30 years away from her" but his show is literally the only thing anyone even remembers her for.
  • @soccerchick1
Jennette in no way attacked her, she just said it like it was lol.
  • @datacipher
When you have one girl admitting - even at the time - that she was jealous, and another girl who as an adult goes around spitting on doughnuts she didn’t buy, I promise you it’s the latter that was the bigger problem.
  • @DragonSeoul
I think Nathan Filion and Stana Katic from Castle deserve an honorable mention. The two had amazing chemistry on screen but apparently they actually couldn't stand each other. It got so bad that by season 8 it was rare to see both actors interact together in an episode.
  • Yo, Jennette is not attacking Ariana, she is just describing her as a spoiled brat. Jen at the time was dealing with a lot of shit that she is still dealing with today and being very open and honest. Idk why you suddently feel like need to attack Jen.
  • Adam & Jamie are the standard of people who dislike each other but act as professionally as possible
  • I read somewhere that Tom and Jerry hated each other on screen, but off camera they were actually lovers.
  • Yeah, hate is a strong word to describe Adam and Jamie’s relationship. Mythbusters would not last 10 years if they did. Both of them respect each other.
