This scammer isn't even trying to be convincing anymore, no customer service rep would talk like that lol. He truly sounds more like a robber with a "THIS IS A HOLD UP" tone

The fact that the scammer was still trying to get the money even when an "elderly woman" was "sobbing" just shows how heartless these people really are with no morals.

The refund scam is the worst scam I can think of because, by design, it only targets those with good morals. If someone wasn't that honest, they would just hang up with the fake money. The victims of this scam are those who are just genuinely kind, which is so sad.

I love when the guy had to explain the ransomware scam. "Restart the computer. Nothing is going to happen." Every scam center just collectively clenched.

I'm a retired credit card fraud investigator . What you do is entertaining but it's so much more important than people may realize. When they aren't making money innocent people win. Keep up the team work your involved in as well. Be careful.
