I currently own a 2015 GTI with 63k miles and this car has been 100% mechanically perfect and it is as solid as the day I bought it. Also owned 2006 and 2010 GTI's which were also great cars. 2022 GTI Autoban is next as soon as I can figure out how to get a discount!

Your video had good content. I looked at it very intently. Thank you.

I snatched one of the last Mk7.5 GTI's from Phoenix, AZ. Delivered to Tucson and now in good hands.
-
That rattling noise is the deal breaker
-
Looks cool to me

The best

Nice car
-
Great commuter car for the causal enthusiast
-
I'm a simple man with simple choices and that's why I love this car.

You know, I like the tech the VW is bringing in with the newer models, however, I gotta say, I love and miss the MkV GTI a lot more. Built a lot better back in 2006-2008. Wheel bearing and rattling noises thru-out the cabin should not be happening in a 2022 model. Regardless if it’s a pre-production model or not. Doesn’t look good on VWs part.
-
It sounds like that thing has already been driven hard by a lot of journalists. Wheel bearing noise, random vibrations.
-
I hate to say this, I’ve owned two GTI’s and one GLI all brand new. But with that new interior, might as well get a Kona N (slightly larger as well), and for Golf R with the high price point, while a little less practical, a BMW M240 at a slightly higher price point (but you’ll get a discount on it, and they will actually have ones to buy).
-
Lol that backroad really tested the DCC. Some of those potholes and cracks looked painful
-
Journey is very good
-
I have GLI 2019 crazy 😜
-
❤❤❤

I'm hearing lots of rattles and tire noise during the test drive portion of the vid....build quality is questionable!
-
Classic GTI rattle

I never used to like GTIs I thought they were ugly and bad interiors, not fast at all etc, but these new 2022+ ones are really nice inside and out and have some kick finally too. I'd daily one 100%. Really need an aftermarket exhaust though there's like no note at all and that's where Hyundai has them beat
