There are no words adequate to express my admiration for Sissel as both a singer and as a person. Every song that she sings is a masterpiece. The quality and emotional expression of her singing is without equal !! If her rendering of this song doesn't tear at the strings of your heart, I would seriously check to verify that you have one (a heart, that is).

This is a surprise for me too. She sings almost like a contralto, and the whole world knows what kind of soprano she is. I remind you that the contralto (which she is certainly not) is the deepest female voice. Beautiful, unforgettable. A song for all time.
